TERMS OF RENTING/LETTING A PROPERTY |

Our terms of work are the following: COMMISSION FEE OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY TO THE LANDLORD Initial inspection of the property and a consultation with the landlord about the price and conditions of letting the estate. Inspection of documents, certifying ownership. A contract with the owner giving us the opportunity to make an offer to our clients and to other agencies. Organizing the advertisment of the property via newspapers and internet at the expense of our Agency. We also organize viewing tours of the property with potential clients right on the spot.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY TO THE TENANT A preliminary meeting with the potential tenant to specify the parameters of his/her property search for rent. Signing of a contract with the tenant stating the parameters of the property that is to be searched. The estates that the customer will visit should meet the requirements described in the contract.
